The 2007 F1 Driver Champion is Ferrari's Kimi Raikkonen.The title is decided on this last race of the season in Brazil. What a race by Kimi, but what a disaster for the McLaren team!
Lewis went wide off the track and rejoin at the tail end of the field at lap 1. Then he lost drive and gear somewhere in the next few laps...
All hope of a rookie champion was gone by then.
The only challenge to Kimi at that point of time is Alonso, who is driving quite slowly for his standard. One of the reason why is that will be he may be thinking where he wants and can go in 2008.
My hope for 2008 season will be one without any silly spy cases and
stupid politics, and have the cars and drivers speak for the sports itself.
